Message	ARP covers that base by offering a process to prevent it. I would bet if no process was suggested some builder would think he should double nut the studs and torque them down too. Basically since the bolts would never bottom out, the holes do not have to be designed for it. Better safe than sorry. KKROFFT Now occurs everywhere, simultaneously.
